This Privacy Policy explains how Top Methods LLC ("we," "us") collects and uses information through RLS Watch at rlswatch.com (the "Service").

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address.
• App information: the URLs of apps you register for scanning.
• Scan results: findings from scans, such as detected issue types, affected locations, and suggested fixes. Where a scan detects an exposed secret, we store only what is needed to report it (for example a masked or truncated form), not for any other use.
• Payment information: purchases are handled by Stripe. We receive a record of the purchase (amount, date, status) but never your full card number.
• Technical data: basic logs such as IP address, browser type, and request times, used for security and operating the Service.

How we use information

• To run scans you request and scheduled weekly scans, and to show you results.
• To process payments and track scan credits.
• To send you emails described below.
• To secure, maintain, and improve the Service and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data for advertising.

Email

We only send a welcome email when you sign up, scan reports for your apps, and essential account or transactional messages (such as sign-in links or receipts). Every scan report and welcome email includes an unsubscribe link. We do not send marketing to purchased lists.

Service providers

• Cloudflare — hosting, database, and network infrastructure.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — email delivery.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Data retention

We keep account data and scan results while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal data and scan results within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax, or accounting reasons.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and unsubscribe from emails at any time, by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new effective date.
